What profession/field would you like to go into and why? Have you started exploring that interest at all?

  • “I would like to be an architect because I’ve always been fascinated with unique  buildings and I love beautiful places.” William Sargent ‘22

  • “I want to go into the medical fields because I believe in helping people and that’s what I want to do with my life. A lot of my school classes and summer activities have to do with science because I really enjoy it. I intern at CHOP.” Lily Haupt ‘21
  • “I want to be a Classics professor because I feel really drawn to Greek and Latin and I feel like it’s my job to educate future young people. The implications that Classics have on all aspects of life are really cool to me. I take Greek and Latin here at EA and Doc Subacus has been a mentor to me” Ruth Engelman ‘21
  • “I either want to be a neurosurgeon or explore neurology with PTSD from veterans that come back from war. Veterans and the military is really big in my family and it’s a really important issue for us.” Allie Sillo ‘21
  • “I have always strongly considered going into the legal field. I feel like I have been passionate about debating since middle school, whether it was in history class or at EA’s debate club. I’ve looked into this a bit by shadowing at a law firm over the summer, and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to know if it is right for them.” Celeste Graham ‘19

Where do you see yourself living in the future? What appeals to you about that place?

Would you be interested in studying abroad? Where? Why?

  • “I would study abroad in France because I’ve always wanted to become fluent in French” William Sargent ‘22
  • “I would like to study abroad in Chile because I want to be able to speak Spanish fluently and I already know a host family there.” Vince Vento ‘21
  • “I would like to study abroad in Spain in order to solidify my fluency in Spanish and travel to other European countries such as the United Kingdom and Italy.
