Senior Sleep Distribution

“This year with my harder course load and prepping for my SAT, the amount of sleep I get is significantly less than what I used to get.”

– Mia Cabral ‘22

Sophomore Sleep Distribution

“I usually get around eight hours of sleep, since I go to bed around 10:15 and wake up around 6:45.”

-Ava Roberts ‘24

“For senior year, I get about two hours [of homework] tops but in past years I had three to four. I usually go to bed around 11:30 to 12 because I finish my homework around 10 and then watch a few Netflix shows before bed.”

– Xander Lotsis ‘21

Junior Sleep Distribution

“I would say that the student body goes to bed pretty late everyday, maybe somewhere between 10:00pm-1:00am due to all the homework, extracurriculars, and sports we have.”

– Julia Zhang ‘23

Freshman Sleep Distribution

“I make sure I don’t give more than half an hour [of homework] a night, and if all the teachers do that, I think students have between two to three hours. I don’t think they get enough, probably six hours because of their devices and apps like TikTok.”

– Mrs. Elizabeth Spear
